Every body – and every business – is different. Instead of forcing you into a rigid protocol, we start with what’s on your plate right now and build from there.

What happens in a nutrition consultation?

Your first consultation is a 1:1 deep dive into you – not just a checklist of symptoms. We’ll talk through your health history, current challenges, day‑to‑day routines, work and life load, food patterns, stress, sleep and goals. From there, you’ll receive a personalised nutrition plan and holistic lifestyle recommendations that focus on practical steps you can start right away.

Do I have to be local to work with you?

No. Many clients join from outside my local area. As long as you have a quiet space, a good internet connection and a willingness to show up honestly, online sessions or even phone calls work beautifully.

What’s the difference between holistic nutrition and a diet?

A diet plan usually gives you a set of rules and meal ideas, regardless of your life context.
Holistic nutrition looks at the whole picture – your body, brain, work, stress, sleep, relationships, history and goals – and uses food and lifestyle as tools to support all of that.

Do you offer online consultations?

Yes. Sessions are available online, which means you can work with me from wherever you are, without adding travel time to an already full week. I currently work with clients locally in Cromwell, Wanaka, Arrowtown & Queenstown as well as across New Zealand, Australia and Europe. If you’re local and prefer in‑person support, we can discuss options when you enquire. 

Do you focus on weight loss?

Weight can absolutely be part of the conversation, but it’s never the only focus.
If body composition and sustainable weight changes are important to you, we’ll integrate that into a broader plan that also considers your energy, stress, hormones, digestion, mood and overall wellbeing. The goal is to support your whole system, not just chase a number on the scale.

You can start by booking a nutrition & wellbeing consultation or sending an enquiry with a brief outline of what you’d like support with. I’ll let you know which option is likely to be the best fit, and how we can tailor it to your current season.
