Reset Consultation - get me back in your corner! Back for a refresh? The Reset Consultation is a 30-40 minute session, designed exclusively for existing or past clients who want to get back on track. We’ll revisit your goals, review what’s working (and what’s not), and make clear, simple adjustments to your nutrition, lifestyle, and routines. Think of it as a reset button—helping you refine your habits, boost energy, and rebuild momentum without starting from scratch. Perfect if you’ve finished a programme, hit a plateau, or just need accountability and a fresh plan. You’ll leave with renewed focus, tailored strategies, and confidence moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
- Once you have made your booking, I'll be in touch to send you more details - There are no cancellations within a week of the booking date - Rescheduling will be available on a case-by-case basis - Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the booking
