We partnered with Holiday Inn Remarkables Park Queenstown (IHG Group) to deliver ongoing social media management and content creation that strengthened their digital presence in one of New Zealand’s most competitive tourism markets.

Based in Queenstown, Central Otago, the focus was on positioning the hotel as a relaxed, welcoming base for both leisure and business travellers, while showcasing its proximity to the airport, Remarkables Park, and surrounding lakes and mountains.

Our role included day-to-day social media management, ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging across platforms. Content was strategically planned around seasonal travel trends, local Queenstown experiences, and on-site hotel amenities, helping improve visibility and relevance for domestic and international visitors searching for accommodation in Queenstown.

Ongoing, we led content creation across photos and short-form video, capturing the full guest experience for family content —from mountain views and modern interiors to dining spaces and moments of relaxation. This created a versatile library of high-quality assets designed for performance across Instagram and Facebook, while maintaining a cohesive and recognisable brand identity.

Alongside this, we delivered caption writing, content planning, and scheduling, aligning all posts with wider marketing activity and platform best practices to support engagement, reach, and brand consistency.

Through a structured and thoughtful approach, we helped Holiday Inn Remarkables Park Queenstown build a strong, approachable social media presence, increasing brand awareness and supporting ongoing guest connection in the Queenstown and Central Otago accommodation market.
