We worked with Holiday Inn Remarkables Park Queenstown (part of the IHG Group) to support their digital presence through ongoing social media management and content creation. The focus was on showcasing the hotel as a relaxed, welcoming base for visitors, while highlighting the location, facilities, and guest experience in a way that felt genuine and engaging.

Our role involved managing day-to-day social media activity, ensuring the brand showed up consistently with clear, on-brand messaging. Content was planned around seasonal travel patterns, local experiences, and on-site amenities, helping position the hotel as a comfortable and convenient choice for both leisure and business travellers.

Content creation played a key part in this work. We captured and curated imagery and short-form content that reflected the Holiday Inn experience—from lake and mountain views to interiors, dining spaces, and moments of guest relaxation. The focus was on creating versatile assets that could be used across social platforms while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.

Alongside visual content, we supported caption writing and content scheduling to ensure posts were timely, relevant, and aligned with broader marketing goals. All content was created with platform best practices in mind, helping improve
engagement while staying true to the Holiday Inn brand.

Through consistent management and thoughtful content creation, we helped Holiday Inn Remarkables Park Queenstown maintain a strong, approachable social presence
that supported brand visibility, guest connection, and ongoing awareness in a
competitive tourism market.
