SOUL Fitness – Studio Launch Videography revamp; Social Media Training

I worked with the team at SOUL Fitness in Alexandra to support the launch of their new SOUL Studio offering. The aim was to create a small suite of high-quality video content that would introduce the new space, showcase the style of training, and give people a sense of the team behind it.

For the shoot, we worked alongside professional videographer Ned Brannigan, combining his professional camera setup with additional 4K footage captured on iPhone to give us plenty of flexible content for social media. From the shoot we produced:

• One hero launch video introducing the new SOUL Studio
• Three additional reels, each highlighting different elements of the offering including the studio space, the workouts, and the people behind it

The goal was to create content that felt energetic and authentic to the SOUL community while giving the team a bank of footage they could continue to use across their channels.

Following the launch, I also ran a small social media training session with Kate and two other local business owners. The session focused on practical ways to enhance their confidence around social media. We worked through, simple structures for content, and ideas for sharing day-to-day studio moments so their channels stay active without feeling
overwhelming to manage. Together the project provided both the content assets and the confidence to keep using
them, helping the team continue building momentum around the new studio.
